about

Four. Shit. That tommy gun's bad news. I dive out of the way of the volley, crashing into a table; it splinters under my weight. I hit the ground hard.

Five. She rips me a new one. Bullets tear through my wings, leaving bloody holes and charred feathers. No pain. No pain. Focus.

Six. I stop moving, a crumpled heap on the floor. That's right, just get a little closer. Feeling lucky, punk?

Seven. Bam. Right between the eyes. Didn't see that coming, did ya? Damn, I should have taken a picture... That was a priceless shot. Out the window she goes... That's it. I'm done. I'm done. I have to get out...
